Who do I contact about deed restriction violations?
Many deed restrictions are also City of Columbus violations and can be reported at 311.columbus.gov. A few of the city restrictions include:
Boat, camper, trailer or RV parked or stored in/on the front lot
Unmowed grass (over 12 inches) or excess weeds
Inoperative/abandoned vehicle on private property or city street
Commercial vehicle parked in a residential zone or city street
How do I pay my fees?
You can sign up for electronic payments by submitting this form and we’ll send you a payment link each year. Also, you can pay by mailing a check with your invoice number and lot number to:

How do I find my lot number?
The Franklin County Auditor website includes a property search feature. The lot number is included in the Legal Description section for a property. Here is a screenshot of where to find the lot number on the search result.
Are water/sewer bills included in HOA fees?
Water/sewer bills are paid directly to Columbus Utilities and are not included in HOA fees.
Are there any processing or transfer fees when a home is sold?
The HOA does not collect any processing or transfer fees upon a home sale.
